Our Passion for Quality

For over 20 years our family-run Cork business has been dedicated to delivering high-quality nutritious school meals to children in our community. We prepare all meals freshly on site each day and make all our own in-house sauces. We are passionate about providing a range of meal options that children will enjoy while also meeting their nutritional needs. Our online ordering system and school lunch App allow lunches to be updated and changed as often as required to prevent menu fatigue.

Registered Dietitian Niamh O’Connor has been part of the team at Ashdale Catering since 2006 as an external consultant. She brings a wealth of knowledge and over 30 years experience to her role within the company.
