I want to change my child’s lunch, how do I do it?

Login to your account through the parent link on our homepage, your Username is your email address and enter the password you used to set up your account. You can change your child’s lunch as often as you wish.

I need to set up an account for my daughter, can you send me the link?

Please send an email to sales@ashdalecatering.ie with the following details:

School name:
Pupil name:
Class:
Teacher:

You will then receive a link to login to your account.

I set up an account a while ago, but I can’t remember my username or my password?

Your username is the email address you used to set up the account, if you have forgotten your password please click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions.

I have children in different schools do I need 2 separate accounts?

No you do not need 2 separate accounts but please let us know if you want to link pupils from other schools by emailing us at sales@ashdalecatering.ie and we set it up for you.

I had a previous account under an old email address, can I update my email address please?

I am trying to login to change my son’s lunch but the system won’t let me?

Please send an email to sales@ashdalecatering.ie with the following details:

School name:
Pupil name:
Class:
Teacher:

Once we have these details we can your account to see what the issue is.

My daughter has moved class but her old class name is still on the account, how do I change that?

Please advise us of any changes of class by emailing us at sales@ashdalecatering.ie

My Daughter is Coeliac do you cater for dietary requirements?

We do our best to cater for all dietary requirement. We have a gluten free option in our bread section. Please see our allergens page for more information.
